With the healthcare exchanges failing, healthcare costs rising, and 60 million Americans still uninsured and underinsured, Obamacare 1.0 is dead man walking. But what will take its place?

While there are many different universal healthcare plans circulating in Congress, only one bill, the "Medicare for All Act of 2019," already has over 100 sponsors. If the Democrats take the Senate and the White House in 2020, this "Medicare for All" plan is positioned to replace Obamacare.
